Once you place your order (and it’s fulfilled by our Fulfillment Team), you will receive an “Order Confirmation” email from us*. This email will contain all of your order details, including order number, shipping address, billing address, and an itemized list of all products (and flavors) ordered.

Once your order has shipped out from our fulfillment center, you will then receive a “Shipping Confirmation” email from us with your tracking information, along with the necessary steps to track your order, within this email.

We always try to ship within 2 to 5 business days of placing your order. Once your order is shipped, we will update you with the tracking information. Deliveries usually take 1 to 3 weeks for the United States, Canada, and most of Europe. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

We make every effort to ship your items together. However, there are times that we may have to divide your order into multiple shipments. Common reasons for dividing an order are:

  • Item availability.
  • Shipping from different fulfillment centers.
  • Shipping direct from the supplier.

Please note: when we divide an order into multiple shipments, you are not charged an additional fee.

As mentioned above, many of our items are shipped directly from our supplier. In these cases, orders can take 2 to 3 weeks for delivery. You will receive a tracking number to get a better idea of when your item will arrive.

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX) and PayPal payments.

All tracking number will be emailed to the customer as soon as the tracking information becomes available.

If this happens to you, email us as soon as possible, we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, we can’t promise anything as all our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or a few days after. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won’t be able to stop it.

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order.

Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office.

Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

Upon receiving the product you may be asked to pay these additional fees depending on the country, state, or province in which you reside. It is the buyers responsibility to be aware of these local regulations and to pay any additional fees that may be imposed by his country.

We do not issue refunds once the order is in the PROCESS OF CREATION or SHIPPED. However, if you contact us quickly after making the order, we can cancel your order and refund your money.
